No-Funds-Lost Checklist:
① Always send a test transaction before full settlement.
② XRPL: destination tag is REQUIRED — omission may result in unrecoverable funds.
③ Stellar: memo is REQUIRED for most exchanges — verify recipient requirements.
④ FIAT: confirm BIC and intermediary bank with counterparty before sending.
⑤ All instructions must be reviewed and approved by a finance officer before execution.
